Citrus Vinaigrette

Citrus Vinaigrette

Yield: 1 1/3 cups dressing


  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup olive oil blend


Place all ingredients except oil in a storage container and blend well.

Add oil in a thin stream while blending to emulsify dressing.

Cover, label and refrigerate.
