Pumpkin Bread PrintPumpkin Bread This recipe has been a tradition on my Mom's side of the family for many years. Every year we make dozens of loaves!I love to bake this is muffin cups as well and put some in the freezer for a quick snack in the Fall.Ingredients3 1/2 cups AP Flour 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Nutmeg 3 cups Sugar 2 tsp Baking Soda 1 ½ tsp Kosher Salt 1 cup Canola Oil 4 ea Egg 2/3 cup Water 2 cups Pumpkin InstructionsSift together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients until smooth. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Bake in greased loaf pans filled 3/4 full.
