A few months ago I posted on Facebook that the movie Chef was streaming on Netflix.  The comments on the post surprised me.  Many of you began to comment not only about the movie, but also listed some your other favorite Chef and food related movies and TV shows.  So I asked a few more times and compiled this list of shows that chefs and their wives/significant others have enjoyed.

Disclaimer: I have not personally seen them all and can’t tell you anything about the content of many of them.  I just thought it would be fun to have a list of possible things to watch.  (The links below go to Amazon.com or another site for more information.)

Oh my gosh! You reminded me of some more! The chef at my house loves watching The Taste! It’s pretty interesting. The chefdaughter at our house also likes watching MasterChef Junior. It’s amazing what those kids do! We also like Bar Rescue and there is another one we like that Ramsey does…can’t think of the name though..

I’ve never heard of MasterChef Junior and will check that one out. If it’s kids cooking, I’m sure our girls would love it (and then want to go in the kitchen and remake the show, of course.) Thanks for letting me know about it Jessica!

As a chef I was looking for a site to share with my fiance and I found yours. Definitely going to share it with her, but I noticed that you’re missing the movie “Waiting” hands down the absolute truest to form industry movie around.
